All Coinblast’S employees, agents, as well as employees of the agents of Coinblast who may know the classified personal data must keep it safe even after termination of the employment or contractual relationship.

2. The main purpose why Coinblast collects your personal information is to provide our services to clients. Coinblast is bound by law to establish and verify your identity prior to entering into any financial / crypto services transactions with you, also, at the time of the provision of the services, as well as assess and store this information for the retention period set out by legislation. Therefor you must provide correct and complete information.

3. Coinblast my may also use your personal data for the following purposes:

• your Coinblast Account and Wallet opening and operating
• all transaction services (including exchange and trade), when we use your personal information to process your orders and to communicates with you about orders and services
• communication with Coinblast, when we are replying your queries

1. Coinblast may collect information about you from several sources including, but not limited to your Coinblast Account profile, your social network profiles (Facebook, Google) and cryptocurrency blockchains or networks (e.g. Bitcoin and Ethereum blockchains).

Coinblast may collect data about your computer, including IP address, operating system and browser type for system administration, and to report accumulated information to our advertisers. We note that this constitutes statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and browsing patterns and it is not possible to identify any individuals.

In certain circumstances, we may make your personal data available to our agents, representatives or trusted service providers and contractors.

• Right to access to data - your right to obtain Coinblast confirmation that your data is being processed and to obtain a copy of it as well as certain information related to its processing
• Right to rectify - you can do the correction of your data which are inaccurate and add to it. You can also change your personal information in your Account at any time
• Right to erasure - you can, in some cases, have your data deleted – ‘’Right to be Forgotten’’

FINAL RESOLUTIONS

Coinblast Privacy Notice are subject to the law of Hong Kong. All disputes regarding the provisions of the Privacy Notice shall be settled by negotiation and, in case of failure to resolve an issue by negotiation, the dispute shall be taken to courts of the Hong Kong.
